Human emotions are associated with different frequencies, and in Taoism, emotions are linked to specific organs in the body. Tao uses the five Chinese elements – water, fire, wood, earth and metal – to transform the unbalanced Qi (energy) within the organs, helping to shift unhealthy emotions into balance. In the session I use the Chinese medicine wheel to explain this ancient Taoist wisdom and guide you into a transformative meditation.

Taoist Activation of the Microcosmic Orbit and Cultivation of Sexual Energy
Sexual energy flows through different channels in the body. Ancient Taoist masters discovered two energy channels that carry especially strong currents. The first is the “functional” or Yin channel, which begins at the perineum (the point midway between the vagina and anus, at the base of the trunk). It travels upward along the front of the body, passing through the mons, abdominal organs, heart, throat, and reaching the tip of the tongue. The second is the “governor” or Yang channel. This channel also begins at the perineum, but moves upward through the tailbone, along the spine, into the brain, and ends at the roof of the mouth. The tongue acts as the switch that connects the two currents. These two channels form a single circuit in which energy circulates. The Microcosmic Orbit Meditation is a Taoist practice that refers to the complete orbiting of energy along the front and back of the torso.
In the session, I will explain the ancient Taoist knowledge of sexual energy to you. Then I will guide you in activating your Microcosmic Orbit, allowing the sexual energy to circulate within your orbit and then be cultivated in your body. At the end I will provide guidance on how to cultivate your sexual energy and practice self-healing in your daily life.

Taoist Womb and Energy Healing
The womb is deeply connected to feminine energy, serving as a symbol of femininity and creation. Many women carry deeply rooted trauma from sexual repression and relationship disharmony – culturally, ancestrally and personally. These traumas and emotions are often stored in the womb. Healing these wounds in the womb not only transforms on a personal level but also alleviates generational suffering and fosters greater harmony in the collective consciousness.
In this session, I guide you through Taoist womb healing, using the Chinese Five Elements (water, fire, wood, earth and metal). This approach provides a safe and profound healing experience, clearing ancestral imprints of past lovers and energetically cleansing the womb. If you wish to conceive, this process prepares the womb for new life. It also supports healing from sexual abuse and abortion, transforming negative emotions such as loneliness, hurt, and sexual frustration into love. Additionally, I will transfer the high- frequency healing energy to your womb, further facilitating deep restoration.

Yoni De-Armoring and Energy Healing
“Yoni” is a Sanskrit word from the Yogic tradition, meaning “womb”, “source”, “sacred place”, or “symbol of life”. It refers to the entire female genital area, including the vulva, vagina, cervix, ovaries, and uterus. “Armor” refers to blockages and stagnation coursed by stress, suppressed emotions, tension, trauma, false beliefs, thought patterns, and experiences from both this life and potentially previous lifetimes.
Yoni De-Armoring is a practice that involves using a Jade egg, focusing on the entire vulva, perineum, and jade gate (vaginal opening). The purpose is to release blockages, emotional pain, trauma, and tension, making it a safer and more effective foundation for the next steps in Jade Egg Practices (separate exercises). In the session, I guide you through the Yoni De-Armoring practice and transfer high-frequency healing energy to your Yoni.
